With such a large head count and a growing business, only Kim and her colleague were managing recruitment for the whole company. Their recruitment process was lengthy and lacking proper processes to manage the volume.

Occupop offered Kim an easy-to-use solution to completely manage and streamline the process, particularly in terms of reviewing candidates and scheduling interviews. The software also allowed Kim to easily push out certain roles to certain job boards depending on the position and gave much more exposure for their roles and therefore better quality candidates.
