News & Announcements

If you’re a member of the talent acquisition team, you understand the need to demonstrate the value you bring to the organisation on a regular basis.

Whether it’s time for performance reviews and you want to discuss results of your work with your manager, or you want to show senior management the improvements you have brought to the hiring process and costs you have saved  on the back of a new ATS system you brought into the fold, recruiting metrics and reports will help support your point.

At Occupop, we know the value of providing real time hiring metrics that will make all the calculations for you, so that you focus on the more important things like improving your hiring processes, building a case for new hires, and managing your people.

Today we are delighted to announce the first of four new reports available on the Occupop reporting suite—the beta version of our new Jobs Data Report is now available to all our customers. Read more below on the new features of this recruiting report that will help you easily measure the effectiveness of your hiring.

Occupop Jobs Data Report

The Jobs Data report is your recruiting snapshot. Similar to the Dashboard that you see when you log in to Occupop, this report shows you what’s going on with each job, by timeframe, by sector, by owner and you can also filter by brands.

How many jobs have been created, how many are live, how many have been filled? You can even break down each job by stage to gather more specific information: What is the time spent at each stage? Where are the bottlenecks at each stage? What areas need your attention? Our Jobs Data report will help you find the answers to these key questions.

Scheduling & Exporting Function

The Jobs Data report is one of the most exported recruiting reports in Occupop. It allows you to take a snapshot of candidate data and export it in a CSV or PDF file format. Track and report on specific candidate information that matters to your organisation, and you can also schedule reports and set the frequency of delivery to key participants.

Reporting for everyone

The Occupop recruiting reports and metrics are useful to anyone who takes an interest in hiring: from senior leaders like the head of finance, the head of talent acquisition to hiring managers and recruiters. The data provided by these reports can help your organisation make strategic decisions based on real data and insight. You can compare your hiring KPI’s with the actual results, identify areas for improvement and see how your recruitment process gets more effective over time.
